Send webhook to Claims Workspace

This section allows sending callbacks to Claims Workspace to simulate the callbacks WeGoLook will send.

  • Webhook server: Should be Claims Workspace server (ex: https://test-uk.symbility.net)
  • Webhook path: Should be path on Claims Workspace (default is /Integration/WeGoLook/v01_00/Api/WeGoLookCallback/JobEvent)
  • Look job id: public identifier of the look job as visible on WeGoLook's site. Unused by C.Workspace.
  • Look job internal id: internal identifier of the look job. This is used to retrieve the requested WeGoLook Job. Enter job id and click 'Find internal ID and type' or use the value from ClaimWeGoLookJobs.ExternalLookIdentifier in the database.
  • Look type: type of look. Unused by C.Workspace.
  • Status: This will update the Look Job to this status. Exceptions: job being processed as delivered, or set as completed or canceled
  • Hold reason: Sets the status to hold with selected reason. Takes priority over all other statuses. Ignored if 'None' selected.
  • Cancelled reason: If status is 'canceled', this cancellation reason will be sent
  • Send: Sends a status callback
  • Send delivered docs: Sends a callback telling C.Workspace to add the Look Job to our processing queue. Within a short time frame, the report and other automatically downloaded files are added to the claim and the Look Job is finalized in C.Workspace.
  • Response: Http response when sending a callback. Useful for debugging. Will show 'OK' if Http request went through okay. Super Admins and Support can view WeGoLook Integration logs or Error logs for further details.
